Eva Bleul, DVM
Senior Regulatory Consultant
Eva Bleul is a Regulatory Affairs professional with 25 years of technical and senior leadership experience in the sector. Early on she held several positions as Regulatory Manager being responsible mostly for anti-infective products in Europe and Most of World countries. From 2008 to 2016, she held various senior management positions, including global head of regulatory affairs, for Novartis Animal Health and subsequently Elanco. Since joining Maxia Strategies in 2017, Eva has supported a number of SME clients in early development projects. She also supported a global pharma company, representing the EU and Rest of World requirements on cross-functional Lifecycle Teams. She developed and implemented regional regulatory strategies on projects throughout the lifecycle value chain. She led the interaction with regional regulatory agencies in collaboration with EU affiliates and ensured that local regulatory requirements were considered in the global strategy. Eva holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Justus-Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. Eva speaks English and German. She is a member of The Organization of Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA) since 1998.
